We recommend waiting until after your six-week check-up and getting clearance from your healthcare provider before beginning any yoga practice.
Our regular sessions are 90 minutes long, but we also offer a more immersive experience with our weekend retreats.
For regular sessions, we encourage focusing on your own practice. However, for weekend retreats, we have a more relaxed approach—if you need to bring your baby, please contact us ahead of time.
Yoga is deeply therapeutic for emotional healing, and we offer a compassionate space to nurture your emotional health. If you feel you need more support, our instructors are happy to guide you through it.
