- Non-Delivery of Services: If we fail to provide the services promised at the time of booking, you may request a refund.
Refunds will not be issued for personal reasons, such as a change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend an event.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend an event, you may request a substitution for another person. Substitutions are allowed only with prior approval from our team, and any applicable fees may apply.
